A whirlwind of a week- and it's over!  We had fires burning less than 10 miles from our house but hardly smelled smoke, had home group at our house, two dentist appointments- one for Ann Marie (tell more in a sec) and one for me (I'm good and healthy), kept kids at my house three days this week, went to a birthday party (my first time to play poker- don't worry, we didn't use money, just bragging rights), and led worship this morning for a ladies retreat.  WHEW! 

The retreat was awesome!  We have an incredibly gifted lady at our church named Tammy who definitely has the gift of teaching. 

Ann Marie was referred to a pediatric dentist to check the gap between her front teeth.  I'll spare you the gorey details, but when her baby teeth start to come out, she'll have to have a procedure done that will hopefully make her permanent top teeth grow in together.  She's beautiful either way, but this might keep her from having to do braces later on.

You know, I consider myself fairly technically savvy, but I really never thought I would be doing this!  But I want a way to share pictures and events happening in our lives without filling everyone's inboxes.  So I'll try to share a few things that happen each week (or every other week or once a month- I'm trying to be realistic :) ).

This week we went to Sea World for the first time to celebrate Susanna's second birthday.  For those of you who know, Ann Marie did finally make it a month without an accident, so we are going again in June to celebrate that- woo hoo!!
