It's a boy!

OK, I feel like I'm preparing to fall to the dark side.  For all of those who have been bugging me (you know who you are and who the worst of you are- Marina and Laura), I have decided to join your ranks.  Now before you beam too brightly, it's not because of your pestering!  I had a long phone conversation with my sister a few weeks ago and then a follow-up e-mail.  We don't talk as much as we would like to and she said she wished I would get on Facebook because that's how she's keeping up with everybody.

My other sister and both my brothers are also on it, and I started thinking about how I'm not even doing a good job keeping up with my family.  So, I was already planning on buying a laptop computer after Thanksgiving with my fun money so that I can do stuff I need to do from the couch when I crash at night and so I've got something to work with when Ann Marie is on the computer.  (Isn't it amazing how many things we can't do without computers nowadays?)  Once I've got my laptop in hand (or on my lap), then I'll be there.  Don't expect too much now.  And no flair about pork products.  I'm probably not going to join any causes or play any games.  You can poke me but I probably won't poke you back.

It's scary what I already know just from spying on you through Jim's account!

Well, Florida had a big cold front blow in this week- probably because of my rave review of our beautiful weather.  So, what did we do?  On one of the coldest days we've had since we moved here... we went to SeaWorld of course!  It was around 50 degrees when we left the house.  At lunch, we sat in the shade and poor Ann Marie could hardly eat because she was shivering so bad.  But, we didn't get wet and we did have fun.  I think it finally reached 65 degrees right before we left!  My friend, Vanessa, and her girls were worse off because of their thin native Floridian blood.

SeaWorld
Things warmed up a little by last night and we had a good time trick-or-treating and passing out candy in our neighborhood.  This year we actually have neighbors!  Here's our little Belle and Sleeping Beauty.

Halloween

Oh, and I almost forgot... Ann Marie lost her first tooth this week!  She's so excited, and she's got another one that's getting wiggly, too.  Happy November everyone!
